OBJECTIVES & KEY RESULTS (OKRS) TRAINING AND COACHING

1. Define Deployment Parameters
Understand and agree on key OKRs deployment parameters such as 1) “Why are we deploying OKRs?” 2) “Which teams will set OKRs” 3) “How will we score Key Results?” 4) How will OKRs be integrated into performance reviews?” 5) “How many OKRs will each team have?”
2. Draft & Align OKRs Across Teams
Define objectives and key results to quantify each team’s goals for the quarter and make progress measurable. Management gains visibility into all OKRs, setting the stage for alignment where measurable goals are connected throughout the organization
3. Train Ambassadors to Make OKRs Stick

OKRs Onsite Training
Ben will deliver a 1-day training to a group of 10-15 particpants in your organization. After just one day and some remote follow-up coaching, you’ll have a trained group of OKR Champions that will ensure your OKRs project will be sustainable.
3-Month COACHING PACKAGE
A typical 3-month OKRs coaching package with 5 sessions looks like this:
- Session 1: 1:1 OKRs coaching overview + draft OKRs for current quarter
- Session 2: 1:1 Refine OKRs for approval
- Session 3: 1:2 Finalize OKRs with supervisor approval
- Session 4: 1:1 Mid-quarter tune up, review and update progress
- Session 5: 1:1 Reflect and reset OKRs for next quarter
